General Terms

• Revenue Train controls an Internet site on the World Wide Web, located at www.RevenueTrain.com, where it provides domain and traffic management services (the "Services") to registered Program clients.
• Client owns, controls and/or operates domain name or portfolio of domain names that do not infringe in any way upon the copyright, trademark and/or intellectual property rights of any third party individual or entity.
• Revenue Train wishes to manage Client's Domain Names through the Program and Client wishes to enroll in the Revenue Train Program and receive the foregoing Services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. Revenue Train has the ability to approve or deny any domain name into our system, our criteria for domain inclusion may change at any time.
2. Client must change nameservers for all approved domains to NS1.REVENUETRAIN.COM & NS2.REVENUETRAIN.COM.
3. Client agrees to keep domain with Revenue Train for a period of time no shorter than 6 months of changing nameservers or client forfeits in entirety ALL COMMISSIONS accumulated by the domain name.
4. If the domain name that is utilizing our service is sold during the initial 6 month period, client forfeits in entirety ALL COMMISSIONS accumulated by the domain name.
5. All graphics, content, text and any other material placed on the client's website is OWNED BY REVENUE TRAIN and can not be transferred to the client if the client decides to leave our system.
6. Revenue Train reserves the right to terminate services to any domain name at our discretion.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT AND THAT, BY PARTICIPATING IN THE REVENUE TRAIN PROGRAM AND/OR USING THE REVENUE TRAIN SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
